The Department of the Environment and Housing of the Generalitat and the Catalan Office for Climate Change have present the new climate change portal. The main aim is for the portal to become a new area of reference for training, dissemination and information on climate change in Catalonia.

The portal has varied content covering climate change mitigation policy, the first studies on adaptation to its effects in the most vulnerable areas of Catalonia, tips that citizens can put into practice to play their part in fighting this global phenomenon and the main legislative framework of the emissions trading scheme.
