Barcelona, european capital of social services

The objective of the Conference organised by the European Social Network and the Catalan authorities is to share experience and practices to help improve these services, in particular in the new context of demographic change due both to immigration and aging societies, youth unemployment and the need to extend services to groups that were previously excluded. The annual conference will coincide with the European Year for combating poverty and social exclusion.
